What's a "meaningful event"?
A bot-filtered click or a brand-new conversion that month. A $10 sale and a $5,000 sale are one event each; a 900-name dormant affiliate list is zero. Renewals, refunds, and sale size never count.
What happens once I go over my plan's included events?
Nothing breaks and there is no surprise bill. Every click and conversion keeps being tracked, attributed, and paid. If you consistently exceed your plan's included events, we'll help you choose a plan with more headroom. We call it the No-Lost-Commission Guarantee: Qanary will never stop mid-month and cost you a commission over a limit.
How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly on any paid tier and get two months free — same features, same limits, billed once instead of monthly. Free stays free either way. History retention is 3 months on Free and 12 months on every paid tier, regardless of billing cadence.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like — you drop to Free at the end of the period you already paid for, not immediately. Prices never scale with your affiliate revenue, so there's no growth-triggered price hike to cancel your way out of either.
Do you take a cut of what I pay my affiliates?
No. Qanary never holds merchant funds — you export a payout batch and pay through your own provider, or record a manual transfer. Your commission budget is yours, not a percentage split with us.
Are any features held back for a higher plan?
The core program — portal, tracking, fraud checks, payouts, tax forms, the API, webhooks — ships on every plan, including Free.
