What we store
- Account owners: your name, email, and (hashed) password; billing handled by Stripe.
- Promoters: name, email, optional PayPal email, and earnings ledger.
- End customers: the billing references and emails your payment provider sends via webhooks, used solely to attribute conversions. Touchpoint IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes, never raw.
- Waitlist subscribers: your normalized email, confirmation and consent evidence, optional product type, biller and existing-program answers, the first Qanary page you visited, referrer and UTM campaign fields. Your IP address is stored only as a salted hash, never raw.
Waitlist consent and email
The waitlist form clearly states what you will receive. Submitting it records consent to the confirmation email; product and launch marketing starts only after you click that confirmation link. Loops sends these messages for Qanary and manages the unsubscribe link in every marketing email. Unsubscribing, a hard bounce, or a spam report is reflected back into Qanary so we stop marketing mail.
Waitlist retention
We retain waitlist records through public launch. Ninety days after launch, unconfirmed records are deleted and optional qualification and attribution fields are removed from unsubscribed people who did not become customers. Confirmed subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe or request deletion; minimal suppression evidence may be retained to avoid accidentally subscribing them again.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing of data with third parties for their own use.
- No cross-site tracking: the tracking snippet sets a single first-party cookie on the account's own domain.
- No card numbers ever touch Qanary — payments stay with your billing provider.
Deletion
Promoter and customer PII is deletable on request — email hello@qanary.cloud and we anonymize the records while preserving the (non-personal) money ledger required for accounting.

Who we are
Qanary is operated by Qualia LP, the controller of the data described above. Data access and deletion requests reach us fastest by email; written requests can be sent to the address below.
