The service
Qanary runs affiliate and referral programs on top of your billing provider (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or Polar). We track clicks and conversions, compute rewards, and prepare payout batches. Qanary never holds merchant funds — you export payout instructions and pay through your own provider, or record manual transfers after they are sent.
Your responsibilities
- You own your relationship with your promoters, including tax reporting for amounts you pay them.
- You must have the right to share the billing data your provider sends us via webhooks.
- Keep your account credentials secure; actions taken through your account are yours.
Billing
Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime from the billing page; cancellation downgrades you to the free tier at the end of the paid period. Prices never scale with your affiliate revenue.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for amounts you pay (or decline to pay) your promoters.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
